Ezra D. Fritts,
Retired Farmer
Ezra D. Fritts, 88, died at 1:15 a.m. today in a local hospital after an extended illness. He came to Big Spring June 16 from Elizabethtown, Ill.
He was born March 28, 1880, in Marion, Ky., and was a retired farmer. He was a member of General Baptist Church in Elizabethtown.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah, Big Spring; two daughters, Mrs. Frank P. Gibson, Big Spring, and Mrs. Morris W. Gerow, San Marina, Calif.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Rosewood Chapel with Rev. Charles Harper officiating and burial in Trinity Memorial Park under direction of Nalley-Pickle Funeral Home.
