MARION -- Pauline E. Fosse, 84, died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2004, at St John's Hospital in Springfield.She was born April 23, 1920, in Williamson County to Oscar and Bertha (McAnelly) Blumenstock.She was a member of Second Baptist Church in Marion.She was well known for making pies. She was famous for her Moon Apple Pie. She enjoyed baking pies.Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Sherron Fosse of Livingston, Texas, Ray and Carol Fosse of Danville, Calif., and Jim and Cissie Fosse of Marion; six grandchildren, Tim and wife Kim Fosse of Jessup, Ga., Nicole and husband Jim Mancuso of Phoenix, Lindsey Fosse of Danville, Calif., Melody Fosse of Tulsa, Okla., Michelle Fosse of Marion, and Ryan Fosse of Marion; three great-grandchildren, Savannah Fosse and Timothy Fosse Jr., both of Rincon, Ga., and Braddock Fosse of Jessup, Ga.; three sisters, Allene Snider, Agnus Jones and Zella Mae McCree, all of Marion; one brother, Sherman Blumenstock of Marion; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; her infant son, Wayne Fosse Jr.; three brothers, Walter, LeRoy and Harvey Blumenstock; and one sister, Lucy Rogers.Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Second Baptist Church in Marion, with Dr. Bob Wagner officiating. Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery in Marion. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the church.Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or Second Baptist Church Building Fund.
