Our sympathies are with you and your family at this time. Uncle Jerome will be greatly missed. He always made time for his nieces and nephews, even if it was to tease and play tricks. He will be also be remembered for the hours spent playing cards at Grandma's when he would come back to ND to visit. Uncle Jerome was very competitive when he played cards. We wish we could be there for you. Remember you have a special angel watching over you.

I was deeply saddened to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Uncle Jerome holds a special place in my heart. I cherish the moments I spent with him and will hold on to those memories always. I feel so fortunate I was able to get to know him better and make new memories through visits these past years. Even as an adult, the stories and memories he shared never grew old. His positive outlook and steadfast love for family and friends were admirable. I wish I could be there for Jerome’s service but work/weather will not make it possible. May you take comfort in knowing an angel is watching over you.
"God saw him getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around him and whispered 'come to me.' With tearful eyes you watched him, and saw him pass away. Although you loved him dearly, you could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best."
